Acrobatics

Alia thoroughly enjoys life as a Dance / Gymnastics / Acrobatics Coach. Amongst her many credentials, Alia is a Level 2 Tumbling and Cheerleading coach. Alia has taught students who have competed at a State, National and International Level and has competed herself at a State and National Level.

Alia’s passion for dance was evident at age 3 when she began her classical ballet training. At age 12 she was accepted into the NSW State Dance Company and has since performed and choreographed for Regional and State Dance Festivals and has performed in many varied events such as Southern Stars and Schools Spectacular.

Alia has danced at Disneyland, and taken advanced classes at EDGE Dance Centre in Los Angeles USA. Alia graduated from Bulli High School with the Allan Thommeny Award of Excellence in Performing Arts and is currently studying a Bachelor of Primary Education at UOW.

Alia enjoys inspiring young people and has spent many years working within the NSW Education System assisting children with special needs. Alia has completed her Masters of Special Education and is excited to be sharing her passion for dance, acrobatics and gymnastics with the students at Vanessa Lee Dance Academy.
